  • Your journey begins with a 20 min consultation—either by phone or online—to understand your needs, answer any questions.

  • During your first session, we take the time to listen and learn about your story. This is a judgment-free space where you can share openly at your own pace.

  • Healing looks different for everyone. Together, we’ll set goals and create a tailored plan that aligns with your needs—whether it’s overcoming anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or finding balance.

  • Growth takes time. Each session builds upon the last, helping you develop new coping strategies, gain self-awareness, and make meaningful changes. We provide ongoing support, encouragement, and evidence-based tools to help you move forward.
